Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement seeks a Commercial Restoration Project Manager to lead large-scale reconstruction and repair of commercial properties after fire, water, wind and storm damage in Michigan. You will manage projects from loss to completion, balancing construction management with insurance claim work.

You will build budgets, create schedules, coordinate subcontractors and field crews, and work closely with estimators and insurance adjusters to ensure repairs match the approved scope.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of commercial project management experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Xactimate required.
• Expert-level Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software experience.
• Proven experience estimating and managing large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration process.

Responsibilities

• Lead large commercial restoration and repair projects from start to finish.
• Build and manage project budgets to keep jobs profitable.
