Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves working on EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Metal roofs with safety as a priority.

Travel to customer sites is required, and a company-provided truck, tools, and mobile device are supplied.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to designated reporting locations.
• Ability to use smartphones and mobile applications or willingness to learn.
• At least one professional reference.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial roofing systems.

• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.
• Document work performed using company-provided mobile devices.

Position Summary

The Commercial Roofing Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Commercial roofing experience is preferred; however, training is available for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial roofing systems
• Perform service repairs on:
  • EPDM
  • TPO
  • PVC
  • Modified Bitumen
  • Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
  • Metal Roofing Systems
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members
• Document work performed using company-provided mobile devices
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition
• Travel to customer job sites as required
• Provide high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
