Job summary

Commerce Bank of Washington is seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to develop and service a broad portfolio of commercial loans and banking services in Seattle. You will work to grow lending, cross-sell products and maintain strong client relationships with executives and principals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in banking/finance with 6+ years of commercial lending experience, strong sales skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes.
• Ability to expand commercial loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.

• Expert experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
• Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.

• Responsible for generating and servicing a variety of commercial/business loans, and bank services in accordance with individually established business development goals.

Qualifications:

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $168,000 - $205,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.

This position will be open until filled.
