Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-8 years of banking experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships generating bank returns.
• Maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate customers on financial strategies to match needs with products.
• Actively network within the business community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop new client relationships(lending, deposit, Treasury Management, etc) which generate acceptable returns for the bank
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank'slending policies and regulatory requirements
• Acts as a financial advisor by educating the customer about financial strategies based on customer profile and matching customer needs with appropriate products and services.
• Actively call and network within the business community
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree
• 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
