Job summary

Community State Bank in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Commercial Relationship Manager II to execute a disciplined sales and client service process, develop new and expand existing commercial banking relationships, and solve clients’ financial needs with tailored solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of commercial lending experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to travel to client and bank locations; you will mentor less experienced CRMs and contribute to CSB's community

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree in Business or related field normally required.
• 3-5 years of commercial lending experience required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluent English language.
• Ability to travel to various client and bank locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships.
• Maintain existing client relationships by providing ongoing guidance to each client in the portfolio.
• Identify commercial banking prospects and convert them into new clients.
• Maintain calling records for prospects.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for new loan production and net loan growth.
• Provide credit assessment information and risk evaluations as part of loan analysis.
• Coordinate renewals and client contact with loan admins as needed.
