ThinkingAhead Executive Search seeks a seasoned commercial banker to lead growth in Peachtree City, GA. The role focuses on building a visible community presence, cultivating relationships with local business owners, and expanding the bank's deposit base and loan portfolio.

You will manage C&I, CRE, SBA, construction, and equipment loans while collaborating with local organizations to promote banking services. Strong ties to Fayette County are highly valued.

The opportunity

A fast-growing Georgia community bank is expanding in Peachtree City and Fayetteville and is searching for the banker who will build it.

• This bank is among the fastest organically growing banks in Georgia
• Relationship-driven culture: direct access to the CEO, local pricing and fee decisions
• Full product suite, including treasury management and in-house mortgage, with wealth management in development
• The strategy for growth will continue to remain organic
• The bank has a record of promoting from within, including elevating a commercial lender to market president.

The role

The priority is being a visible face of the bank in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships through prospecting, referrals, and community involvement
• Gather core deposits and cross-sell treasury management and other bank services
• Manage a portfolio of commercial and consumer clients and structure C&I, CRE, SBA, construction, and equipment loans
• Represent the bank in community organizations and local events
• Over time, help build a team in the market
