Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, EPA certification, 3–4 years of commercial refrigeration experience, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work independently.

On-call responsibilities and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification required.
• 3–4 years of commercial refrigeration experience required.
• Experience with refrigerators in convenience stores or supermarkets is a strong plus.
• Must have a good driving record and work independently.
• Emergency on-call availability is required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment to meet customer needs.
• Provide general repair on A/C units, condensers, pumps and related systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
• Test malfunctioning systems using electrical and mechanical skills.
• Maintain legible records of work history and tickets.
• Support by processing tickets, delivering and installing cases.
• Assist with small construction/installation startups and operate a company vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
