The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing roof tops, chillers, and refrigeration systems with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will travel within your service area, support other branches during high demand periods, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry developments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R, with a strong foundation in refrigeration systems.
• Valid Universal EPA Certification required for handling refrigerants and compliance with federal guidelines.
• Knowledge of rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers and rooftop units is preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Service a wide range of equipment including rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units.
• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues using industry-standard methods and equipment.
• Conduct thorough preventative maintenance and system inspections to identify and address potential problems proactively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing client downtime.
• Accurately complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance logs for each assignment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining repairs, offering recommendations, and addressing system performance concerns.
• Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and support staff to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, best practices, and advancements in HVAC and refrigeration systems through ongoing training and professional development.
• Occasionally travel to support other branches during high demand periods, which may include overnight stays as business needs dictate.
