Responsibilities of a Commercial Refrigeration Technician

1. Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
2. Provide excellent customer service on every service call
3. Complete service calls promptly
4. Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts
5. Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules
6. Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts

Qualifications

1. Experience working on ice machines and commercial refrigeration equipment or related military fields; veterans encouraged to apply
2. Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
3. Excellent customer communication skills
4. Satisfactory background check and drug screen
5. At least 18 years old
6. Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards
7. Universal EPA certification
