Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to service and maintain commercial refrigeration systems in Texas.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, servicing compressors, pumps, air handlers, condensers, ice machines, furnaces, motors, and controls. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial refrigeration, EPA certification, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• EPA certification required.
• 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience.
• Supermarket or convenience-store refrigeration experience preferred.
• Experience with single systems, rack systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• Service compressors, pumps, air handlers, condensers, ice machines, furnaces, motors, and controls
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems
• Complete installations, startups, minor construction, and remodeling projects
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Safely operate a company vehicle and provide emergency/on-call support
