Smart Care is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Rack Technician to service supermarket refrigeration rack systems across South Florida. You must live between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale and be able to troubleshoot independently.

The role requires hands-on experience with rack systems, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and the EPA 608 certification. A valid driver's license and a solid driving record are essential for frequent travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience servicing supermarket refrigeration rack systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and work independently.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Residence between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain supermarket refrigeration rack systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot compressors, electrical components, controls, defrost systems, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify problems before equipment failure or product loss.
• Respond to service calls and communicate findings and repairs clearly to customers.
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow safe work practices.
