WINDY CITY EQUIPMENT SERVICE INC in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration & Food Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain walk-ins, reach-ins, and related equipment in busy kitchen environments.

You will work independently with dispatch, document work with video, and communicate clearly with customers. EPA and CFESA certifications are valued; on-call after-hours and weekend shifts may be required. We offer strong pay, solid benefits, and room to grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial Refrigeration or Food Equipment service field experience with solid troubleshooting.
• Comfortable running after-hours and weekend emergency calls when it's your turn on-call.
• Professionalism and clear customer communication.
• Brings a "whatever it takes" attitude to the job site.
• Can work independently, but knows how to tag-team when the situation calls for it.
• Treats customers with respect, keeps them informed, and makes their problem your mission.
• EPA Certification

Responsibilities
