Job summary

First American's Agency Division is seeking a capable professional to support commercial real estate closings nationwide. You will assist with title commitment reviews, order title and tax updates, curative matters, and post-closing steps, while maintaining accuracy and strong customer service.

Qualifications include 2+ years in the title industry (commercial preferred), a High School diploma, and proficiency in Adobe and MS Office (FAST experience preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years title industry experience (commercial preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Adobe and MS Office (Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn Company operating systems and new software applications (FAST experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with title commitment reviews and ordering title updates.
• Assist with title curative matters and posting close documents.
• Prepare invoices and maintain files and records.
• Enter title fees for settlement statements and coordinate with escrow team.
• Review Buyer/Seller/Lender documents for closings.
• Coordinate document recording with county and municipal offices.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external parties.
