Responsibilities:

1. Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market pricing for clients
2. Research real estate market areas and provide information to clients for informed decision-making
3. Act as intermediary in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during sales closing to ensure transactions are accurate and legal
4. Follow up with all customer leads and requests promptly to ensure superior customer service
5. Show commercial properties for business purposes and provide financial and analytical data to clients
