U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced CRE Risk Advisory professional to partner with Commercial Real Estate leaders on operational risk, controls, and governance. You will drive issue remediation, risk assessments for new initiatives, and lead process-improvement efforts across risk, compliance, and audit functions.

The role requires deep knowledge of risk management, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. On-site work at U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of applicable experience in risk, controls, or audit.
• Expert understanding of risk management, remediation, audit tracking, and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with nCino and Archer preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as a trusted risk advisor to CRE partners on operational risk, controls, and governance.
• Support issue identification, root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and resolution.
• Evaluate risks with new initiatives and process changes.
• Lead process improvement, mapping, and control evaluation.
• Coordinate internal audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation activities.
• Assist with risk documentation, governance, and monitoring.
• Support business continuity planning and third-party oversight.
• Assess downstream impacts of organizational changes and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, legal, and operations teams.
• Monitor risk trends and communicate findings to leadership.
