RJ-Staffing seeks a skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate has strong retail real estate experience and can handle lease agreements, amendments, assignments, and related corporate documents.

You will assist with due diligence, title reviews, contract management, and tenant relations, while maintaining high standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality to support our growing commercial real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and DocuSign.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
• Draft and review lease amendments and assignment/assumption documents.
• Support due diligence, title reviews, and corporate filings for real estate transactions.
• Manage electronic and physical filing systems and maintain legal files.
• Assist with research, document drafting, and meeting preparation for the legal team.
