Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of CRE experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the initiative to handle detailed procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including review of title commitments and surveys.
• Order and review documents from MA Secretary of State, order and review UCC, bankruptcy and litigation searches.
• Prepare closing binders and draft routine correspondence and documents.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and assist with closing documentation.

The Boston office of Robinson & Cole LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our Real Estate + Development team in Boston, MA.

This position will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including review of title commitment and survey, filings and ordering documents from the MA Secretary of State, ordering and review of UCC, bankruptcy and litigation searches, closing document preparation, due diligence review, , preparing closing binders and drafting routine correspondence and documents. Knowledge of the affordable housing and commercial finance a plus. Experience with commercial Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions is helpful.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of commercial real estate experience

MA Applicants: Please note that the target base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's years of experience, skills, qualifications, and office location.
