Job summary

DarrowEverett LLP seeks a Commercial Lending & Finance Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience in financial services to join our growing legal team in Providence, RI. The attorney will advise financial institutions, lenders, and corporate clients on debt financing, securitizations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include negotiating loan documents, performing due diligence, structuring CRE finance transactions, and mentoring junior lawyers while collaborating with internal compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. required for practice.
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial lending & finance.
• Extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting CRE transactions.
• Knowledge of federal and state finance laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders in commercial lending and CRE transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review loan agreements, security interests, and related documents.
• Conduct due diligence and provide risk analysis on financial arrangements.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and capital markets aspects.
