Job summary

Transwestern’s Capital Markets team seeks an Analyst to support underwriting, analysis, due diligence, and execution of commercial real estate financing transactions across a variety of property types.

You will assist producers and senior members with debt and equity placement, including acquisitions, development, construction, refinance, and recapitalization, contributing to client-facing materials and lender communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; internship/analyst experience in CRE finance a plus.
• Analytical and numerical proficiency with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models and analyses (loan sizing, DSCR, LTV/LTC).
• Underwrite debt and equity placement across property types.
• Conduct market research and financial due diligence for financing assignments.
• Prepare investment memoranda, financing request packages, and lender presentations.
• Coordinate with lenders, clients, attorneys, consultants, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
