Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Production Analyst to support the Debt & Structured Finance production team in originating, underwriting, structuring, marketing, and executing commercial real estate debt and structured capital assignments in Phoenix, AZ.

You will deliver analytical support, prepare financing materials, and collaborate with lenders, investors, and internal teams to position opportunities for capitalization across a range of capital stack solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field required.
Experience or coursework in commercial real estate, capital markets, or finance preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain underwriting for real estate financing opportunities.
Evaluate financing strategies across senior debt, agency lending, life companies, banks, CMBS, and mezzanine.
Create marketing materials and lender/investor packages.
Coordinate due diligence and maintain transaction momentum through closing.
Research market conditions and financing terms to advise clients.
