• Strong experience with Yardi.
• Experience with commercial properties and implementing SOPs/building an accounting department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property accounting across multiple portfolios.
• Implement SOPs, internal controls, and approval workflows for a fast-growing platform.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and client reporting.
• Serve as primary accounting contact for major institutional and private equity clients.
• Build and develop an accounting team.
