What We’re Looking For

Hunter Durant is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join us as a 1099 independent contractor. This is an opportunity to grow your book of business, develop long-term client relationships, and close transactions with the backing of a best-in-class support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, and leasing strategies across various asset types
  • Manage and grow client relationships through high-touch communication and customized solutions
  • Collaborate with our internal deal and marketing teams to execute transactions efficiently
  • Represent Hunter Durant with integrity and professionalism in all client and market interactions
  • Stay current on market trends, asset performance, and economic indicators impacting commercial real estate

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or real estate
  • Strong business development instincts and a self-starter mentality
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to integrity and client service
  • Active real estate license (PA preferred or willingness to obtain; multistate licensure a plus)
