Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in real estate transactional matters.
• Experience handling all stages of a real estate transaction from structuring to post-closing.
• Strong research and writing skills and a strong academic record.
• Team player with a collaborative approach; highly motivated.
• Law firm experience preferred.
• Experience across acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, zoning, land use, construction, tax appeals, condemnation, easements, and related local government matters.
• Experience in structuring and negotiating financing transactions, including real estate loans, bridge and construction financings, joint ventures and equity arrangements.
