The firm believes their Raleigh-Durham office has the potential to grow as large as their mature market offices. They are currently in need of a solid Commercial Real Estate Attorney.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. The attorney should be established in the area and responsible for commercial real estate transactions. Experience handling a commercial deal through close is required.

Qualifications

• Law degree (JD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of commercial law experience; more experience is valued.
• Proven experience handling the entire process of a commercial real estate transaction through closing.
• Active member of the NC Bar; active in other states is a plus.
