Protouch Staffing is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Harrisonburg, Virginia for a full-time, in-person role. The candidate will draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, easements, and related real estate documents, with at least two years of CRE experience and Virginia licensure.

Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Salary Range: $90,000-$150,000 per year

About the Role

A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with at least two years of experience to join its business law practice in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Virginia and have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating leases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants, and other real estate-related documents.

Experience with 1031 exchanges, real estate finance, development, and land use is a plus.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate transactional documents.
• Handle commercial leases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and covenants.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range is $90,000-$150,000 , depending on relevant experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
