Job summary

CBRE is seeking a SP-Associate in Phoenix to drive business development for commercial properties. You will network with clients, present leasing options, and coordinate property data and market analyses to inform negotiations.

Responsibilities include drafting offers, assisting with contracts, and supporting due diligence while upholding CBRE RISE values and delivering timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License strongly preferred.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base.
• Provide clients with leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, etc.
• Prepare RFPs and review responses; evaluate data and prepare market reports and comparisons.
• Coordinate materials for transactions including listing agreements, leases, and sales agreements; prepare offers and term sheets.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence.
