You will conduct due diligence, prepare closing documents, review title and surveys, monitor deadlines, and assist senior attorneys while maintaining client files and representing the firm professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and J.D. degree required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and deadlines.
• Ability to organize factual and legal data clearly.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one listed state.

Responsibilities

• Draft leases, acquisitions, and related documents for landlord and tenant.
• Conduct due diligence including title, survey, and environmental reviews.
• Prepare closing documents and wire transfers.
• Review title policies and ALTA surveys.
• Draft correspondence with tenants and management.
• Assist senior attorneys and maintain client files.
• Monitor critical dates and calendar deadlines.
