Job summary

Active Consulting Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced real estate and corporate transactions attorney based in or willing to commute to Greenwich, CT. The role focuses on sophisticated commercial deals, leasing, acquisitions, and financing for a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates have a Connecticut Bar admission, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and 5+ years of CRE and corporate transaction experience.

• Active Connecticut Bar admission required.
• Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, leases, and transaction documents.
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions from structuring through closing.
• Support corporate finance, lending, and borrower/lender transactions.
• Conduct title, survey, and other due diligence.
• Advise clients and collaborate with partners on sophisticated transactions.

Mandatory Requirements to Apply
