Premier Pursuit is working with an AmLaw 100 firm to hire a real estate associate into its Chicago office. This is the capital side of real estate (financings, joint ventures, and portfolio acquisitions for institutional investors, funds, and developers) rather than a pure leasing seat.

What the work looks like

• Real estate finance: mortgage and mezzanine loans, construction lending, workouts and restructurings
• Joint ventures and equity investments, including fund-level and programmatic arrangements
• Acquisitions and dispositions of single assets and portfolios, with the diligence and title work that comes with them
• Development and construction matters for clients building rather than only holding
