Job summary

gpac LLC., a respected Baltimore real estate law firm, seeks a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its close-knit, entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will handle buying, selling, leasing, and financing of commercial properties, drafting purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.

With 3–8 years of CRE transactional experience and Maryland Bar admission, you’ll manage due diligence and closing processes while collaborating with clients and partners from day one in a hybrid,

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Admission to the Maryland Bar.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills.
• An entrepreneurial, hardworking approach; Baltimore roots are a plus.

What you'll do

• Represent clients buying, selling, leasing, and financing commercial real estate
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents

Compensation And Benefits

Competitive base salary, depending on experience. The role is in office at first, then moves to a hybrid, flexible schedule, based in Baltimore, Maryland.
