Job summary
Hajoca Corporation's Heieck Supply unit in Sacramento, CA seeks a Commercial Sales & Quotations Specialist to own the development and execution of accurate, competitive commercial plumbing quotations. You will work with customers, manufacturers and the Profit Center team to move opportunities from initial request through quotation, follow-up, award and order fulfillment.

Qualifications
- Three or more years of commercial plumbing quotations, estimating or related wholesale-distribution experience.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and addenda.
- Experience preparing quotations, submittals or comparable project documentation.
- Strong mathematical skills including gross-profit margins.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate, complete and professional quotations that maximize profitability.
- Interpret plans, specifications and customer requirements and convert to quotations.
- Maintain an accurate commercial quote pipeline and project files.
- Manage deadlines, communicate risks before due dates and resolve order issues promptly.
- Convert awarded quotations into sales orders and coordinate delivery requirements.
- Proactively identify new commercial customers and opportunities.
