Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial goals are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties (mostly retail and industrial).

·Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors.

·Assist in preparation and management of annual operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and financial reports.

·Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.

·Monitor service contracts and vendor performance.

·Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve issues efficiently.

·Collaborate with leasing agents and ownership to support occupancy and performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

·2+ years of experience in commercial property management.

·Strong knowledge of lease agreements, CAM reconciliations, and property operations.

·Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi).

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
