We’re a niche, family-owned commercial real estate holding company with a strong financial foundation and a growing portfolio. We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of the upkeep and functionality of several commercial properties. You’ll work directly with a small, experienced team and make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform ongoing maintenance and repairs for commercial buildings

• Conduct routine inspections of systems, structures, and safety equipment

• Implement and manage preventative maintenance plans

• Handle repairs including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, and general handyman tasks

• Assist with light janitorial work, trash removal, and on-site resupply

• Maintain landscaping and exterior upkeep, including trimming, planting, and clean-up

• Manage emergency maintenance issues as needed

• Support small renovations and construction projects (e.g., ceiling tiles, demo, wall installs)

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of construction or maintenance experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to be flexible and respond to occasional after-hours needs

• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and work in both indoor/outdoor environments
