Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust minor to moderate severity commercial property claims.
• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties.
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair or replacement cost estimates.

Skills

Commercial property claims adjusting experience

Knowledge of commercial property policy forms

Field inspection experience

Proficiency with estimating software

Excellent communication skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Tools
