The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of first-party property claims experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to maintain high organization and communication standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of first party property claims handling.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is required.
• Experience with Image Right is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate losses and determine coverage for complex/severe property claims.
• Direct and supervise independent adjusters and experts.
• Draft coverage letters and large loss reports for senior management.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure data integrity through proper coding and system functions.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.
