Job summary

Basis Property Group is a direct-to-owner cost segregation firm serving commercial, investment, and short-term rental property owners. You will turn county and public data into qualified cost segregation candidates and Preliminary Benefit Estimates for owners.

The role is full-time and fully remote, open to applicants in the United States with a Pennsylvania focus. Compensation is discussed in the first conversation with Basis Property Group.

Qualifications

• Strong with spreadsheets and structured data.
• Detail-obsessed with numbers; you reconcile before you report.
• Comfortable with public-records and county-portal research.
• Self-directed and able to run your own queue.
• Real estate, tax, appraisal, or finance exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities
