Qualifications

• ACAS or FCAS required; FCAS strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years actuarial experience with commercial property pricing.
• Experience leading pricing and portfolio management initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with underwriting, product, and claims teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analyses, portfolio monitoring, and profitability assessments.
• Develop pricing recommendations with underwriting, product, finance and claims teams.
• Implement pricing frameworks, governance processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, growth, and risk selection.
• Mentor actuarial talent and drive data-driven decision-making.
