Job summary

Buildify General Contractors LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Project Superintendent to lead commercial tenant-improvement projects. You will supervise multiple contractors, enforce quality controls, and maintain safety standards while coordinating schedules.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in high-rise tenant improvements, can read blueprints, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership under pressure. Exempt/salary position with competitive pay and benefits.

Position Summary

The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising commercial construction projects, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety standards, and managing project schedules.

The position includes knowledge of commercial construction experience, ability to supervise multiple contractors on projects through excellent communication and leadership strategies, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work well in a high-pressure environment.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in supervising commercial tenant improvementin high rise buildings, preferably in the Tampa Bay area
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings / blueprints accurately
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and criminal background check
• Demonstrated experience supervising commercial construction projects
• Ability to provide examples of previous projects upon request
• Reliable transportation

Benefits and Wages

• Compensation Range - $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience
