Jobot is seeking a dynamic Commercial Project Manager to lead major construction initiatives nationwide. The role requires overseeing projects from inception to completion with focus on budgeting, contracting, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven budgeting, contract negotiation, and team leadership experience.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

This is a permanent position that requires a deep understanding of the construction industry and its commercial projects.
