Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant PM or PM on commercial projects.
• Understanding of commercial construction processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management.
• Communicate with owners and design teams.
• Ensure safety, on schedule, and within budget.
