Job summary

Mechanical Systems Company, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and customer satisfaction, ensuring safety and quality on every site.

This is a full-time role with potential overtime and a profitability bonus incentive. The position requires a BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience, 2+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes including RFIs, RFPs, and change orders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and related software.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, and operational issues.
• Provide leadership and accountability throughout project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Mechanical Systems Company is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, and controls projects. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with strong leadership skills to drive commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish while ensuring accountability, coordination, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate commercial HVAC and plumbing projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall performance
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and other project documentation
