Travel is a core part of the role, approximately 25-50% within the regional market. You will work with project leadership, coordinate crews, monitor progress, and mentor less experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and job site practices.
• OSHA 10 and 30 certifications.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to guide, train, and support team members.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are hiring a Commercial Plumbing Journeyman to support and guide field operations on active construction projects. This role combines hands‑on plumbing work with leadership responsibilities, helping ensure that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

You’ll work closely with project leadership while coordinating crews, managing daily tasks, and keeping projects on track. Travel is part of the role (approximately 25-50%), primarily within the regional market.

Schedule

• Full-time hours (40+ per week)
• Monday through Friday schedule with overtime as needed
