Job summary

MAPP, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction turnover through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional results.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring project staff to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience with contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Managing project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
• Leading project planning, execution, and closeout activities
• Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Supporting and collaborating with Superintendents to ensure project success
• Leading subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, invoicing, and contract administration
• Facilitating project meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
• Mentoring and developing Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and other team members
• Creating exceptional client experiences and delivering projects that exceed expectations

What You'll Do
