Qualificações

• Experience preparing commercial construction estimates from bid through buyout.
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs and price self-performed work.
• Experience managing bid documents and subcontractor solicitations.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Bid Document Management: obtain bid documents, review scope, track addenda.
• Pre-Bid Meetings & Job Site Visits: attend meetings, document site conditions.
• Pre-Bid Coordination: send RFIs, verify scope, coordinate access.
• Composing the Final Estimate & Bid: input quotes into workbook, review for gaps.
• Project Buyout & Turnover: assist in subcontract/purchase order writing and turnover meetings.
