Job summary

LeoForce in Colorado is seeking a Mid-Level Project Engineer to support active commercial construction projects. You will manage the RFI and submittal process, keep logs current, and move responses to the field and subcontractors.

You will participate in job walks, help the project team spot and resolve field issues early, coordinate with subcontractors on documentation and schedules, and prepare meeting minutes for owner, subcontractor, and internal meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination role on commercial construction projects is preferred.
• Comfortable owning RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFI and submittal process, keeping logs current and responses moving to the field and subcontractors.
• Participate in job walks and help the project team spot and resolve field issues early.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on documentation, schedule, and open items.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for owner, subcontractor, and internal meetings.
• Support the project manager and superintendent with day-to-day administration across active projects.
