Job summary

Taysha Gene Therapies is seeking a Senior Director, Program Management Lead for Commercial to orchestrate the integrated Commercial program across Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical Affairs. You will partner with cross‑functional leaders to drive launch readiness and alignment with the enterprise plan.

The role requires extensive experience in biopharma program management, commercialization, and cross‑functional leadership, with a focus on complex launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech life sciences industry at Senior Director/Executive Director level.
• Experience in program/project management, commercialization, launch readiness, or cross‑functional leadership in biopharma.
• Experience supporting late-stage development through commercialization and product launches.
• Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs with functional leadership accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated Commercial program and workstream plan with milestones, timelines, risks, and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional activity across Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and Operations.
• Drive launch-readiness and ensure alignment of readiness activities, decisions, and dependencies.
• Oversee external launch-readiness support and vendors.
• Provide governance and reporting to senior leadership on milestones and risks.
