Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial preconstruction estimating experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with construction estimating and project tools such as HeavyBid, Sage, OST, Procore, or Bluebeam.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents accurately, with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities
