Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Post Closing Specialist I - Commercial/Ag to support loan portfolio by securing and tracking collateral documents and processing paid loans. Based in Wisconsin, you’ll work within a team dedicated to accurate, compliant loan maintenance.

You will handle case requests, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote inclusive, diverse workplace values while performing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
• High degree of accuracy.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Secure and track, as needed, all types of collateral documentation including mortgages, UCC filings, final titles, life insurance, vehicle liens, investment account assignments.
• Process paid loans by preparing paid in full letters, releasing collateral, completing tracking items and sending required paid in full documentation to the customer.
• Process case requests from bank employees for various loan maintenance requests related to Post Closing tasks.
• Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.
