Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in commercial banking in a PM/Relationship/Credit Analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with commercial lending workout situations and related remedies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers as the primary contact for borrowers regarding portfolio management.
• Ensure loan renewals, reviews, and modifications meet credit policy and timing requirements.
• Develop retention strategies to minimize loan runoff and strengthen loyalty.
• Oversee loan closing processes, including due diligence and documentation coordination.
• Monitor loan covenants and other credit conditions per loan terms and docs.
• Identify high-risk loans and implement mitigation strategies to reduce loss exposure.
• Oversee workout activities for non-performing loans and distressed credits, coordinating actions as needed.
• Ensure portfolio activities comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
