Job summary

Equity Bank in Falls City, NE seeks a Commercial Portfolio Manager to oversee administrative management of assigned lending relationships and support underwriting analyses, ensuring up-to-date covenant information and active borrower communication.

The CPM will work with the Commercial Loans team on loan approvals, portfolio monitoring, and collaboration with Credit Department to process loan requests efficiently. On-site role with growth in a community-focused bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; banking experience and knowledge of banking products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and documentation.
• Experience with credit analysis and loan portfolio monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily information and credit files for assigned borrowers with active borrower communication.
• Assist in underwriting and preparation of credit approval packets for new/renewal/annual reviews.
• Coordinate with Credit Department to ensure timely loan processing and accuracy of credit terms.
• Present annual credit reviews to Loan Committee and monitor collateral documentation.
